User Agreement & Waiver

Authorization

By using PetaGo Pet Pickup & Drop-Off Service, I authorize The Company to transport my pet to and from locations I have scheduled. Furthermore, I understand that the transportation of pets involves inherent risks.

I confirm that my pet is healthy enough for transport; my pet is up to date on vaccinations as required by law or facilities; and my pet does not have undisclosed aggressive behavior. Therefore, I agree to disclose any medical conditions, anxiety, aggression, or escape tendencies prior to the transport of my pet. 
 

PetaGo will take reasonable precautions to secure pets. I understand that animals can escape collars, harnesses or carriers, and I hereby agree that PetaGo shall not be liable if my pet escapes, runs away, or cannot be recovered despite reasonable care. In the event that my pet escapes during transport, pickup, or drop-off, I authorize PetaGo to make reasonable efforts to safely recover my pet. I understand that recovery of my pet cannot be guaranteed. I further agree that PetaGo shall not be liable for loss, injury, or death resulting from my pet escaping, running away, or becoming lost despite reasonable precautions taken by PetaGo. Any costs associated with the search efforts, recovery efforts, veterinary treatment, or related expenses shall be the responsibility of the pet owner. 
 

I understand that PetaGo reserves the right to refuse or terminate services at any time if a pet is deemed aggressive, unsafe, ill, or poses a risk to the driver, other animal, or the vehicle. 
 

I understand that PetaGo shall not be responsible for injuries or illness caused by pre-existing conditions; stress or anxiety, or the pet’s own behavior. 
 

I authorize PetaGo to seek veterinary care for my pet if my pet becomes ill or injured during the transport, and I am unable to be reached.

I agree to pay all veterinary expenses incurred for my pet.

I agree that if my pet bites, scratches, or causes injury to any person or animal, I as the Pet Owner accept full responsibility and agree to cover any medical or legal costs resulting from my pet’s actions.

I agree that PetaGo is not liable for injury, loss, or delays caused by traffic accidents, road hazards, weather conditions, mechanical failure, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

I agree as the pet owner to be responsible for any damage caused by my pet to the transport vehicle, equipment, or property at the pickup or drop-off locations. Furthermore, I understand that PetaGo may charge a cleaning or repair fee if necessary.

I understand that if PetaGo is required to enter my home for pick-up or drop-off, I confirm that the doors, gates, fences are secure, and the pet can be safely accessed. I understand that PetaGo is not responsible for escapes caused by faulty gates, doors, or fencing. Furthermore, I agree that PetaGo is not responsible for damages, theft, or loss to the home unless caused by gross negligence.

I understand that PetaGo may transport multiple pets belonging to different clients in the same vehicle unless I as the pet owner request private transportation for my pet.

I understand that if I request private transport service of my pet this may require an additional fee and scheduling availability.

I acknowledge that animals may experience stress or excitement when traveling with other animals.  PetaGo will take reasonable precautions to keep pets safe and separated when necessary, I agree that PetaGo shall not be liable for injuries, stress relation illness, or behavioral incidents that may occur due to the presence of other animals during transport.

I give permission for PetaGo to take photos of my pet for marketing or social media.
